Hello all!
I’ve decided to open up the lab and let some collaborators/assistance in! Check out the chapter outlines I’ve developed and begun to flesh out. If you want “in,” you can work with our small team to develop fun material that will be out there on the web and eventually on Kindle with your examples and stories and links to your humor websites, books, and stories.
Email me at admin@thehumorlab.com if you’re interested in being a part of the team. If you’re a prior participant in the ThinkingFunny.com’s writing conferences, then just let me know and you’re good to go. If you are “new to me,” then please include a bio, links to your work, and a brief statement of why you’re interested.
You’ll notice that my work tends to the humor of everyday life, and yours can too, or go in different directions. But it needs to be family friendly and not cruel or hateful. That won’t fly.
So, look for the #humorlab tags and posts that have been put in The Humor Lab category.
If you just want to read tips and get inspired, that’s fine, too. In fact, our goal is to help motivate all writers to include more humor in their work. But we’re here for the reader.
